"Walking" is the best exercise...!




'Walk Away' from arguments that lead you to nowhere but anger.
'Walk Away' from people who deliberately put you down.
'Walk Away' from any thought that reduces your worth.
"Walk away from overweight , failure and illnesses- walking 30 to 45 minutes daily will make a difference-and while you walk, smile! .
'Walk Away' from failures and fears that stifle your dreams.
'Walk away from fake people, negative ideology,  fake relationships and fake life-walk towards positive change.

'Walk away from job , colleagues or Boss that doesn't appreciate your worth.

The more you 'Walk Away' from things that poison your soul, the happier your life would be.

On the other hand, never walk away from reality, your duties and responsibilities!

Gift Yourself A Walk Towards Happiness... 

Note:  walking is a good way to be alone and reflect over things, it will also spark some creativity. You can also try to have a meeting Walking with someone.
